Our enrollment fees for one year are as
follows.

only. Books are purchased separately through our recommended or

Family Registration Enrollment Fee |

Per
family, per school year.
If your family lives outside of the United States the Family
Registration Enrollment Fee is $85.00 USD to cover the costs of
mailing throughout the school year.

student, per school year. Grammar school refers to grades
Pre-1st/Kindergarten through 8th grade.

Report Cards &
Transcripts Option |
| |
Per
Family, per school year. We will discuss with you how to
quarterly report so your student can earn report cards,
transcripts, and diplomas from St. Thomas Aquinas Academy.
Also, there may be small, additional paperwork fees throughout
the school year to cover the costs of including your non-STAA
developed courses on report cards and transcripts.

Large Family

If you are enrolling five or
more students your family is eligible for the following
discounts: waiving of the 3% telephone or online enrollment
processing fee, $20.00 off of the fifth student, $40.00 off of
the sixth student, $60.00 off of the seventh student, $80.00 off
of the eighth student (and all additional students), and $75.00
off of your pre-first students. Our online enrollment form
does not calculate all of the available discounts for large
families but they will be applied by our staff prior to billing
your credit card. |

Payment Options |
| |
Enrollment fees may be paid by check, money order, VISA, MasterCard,
or Discover Card. You may make one payment to cover
your family's enrollment or utilize our four-month payment plan.
If you elect to use the four-month payment plan please indicate
whether you would like to make monthly payments via check or have us
charge your credit card automatically once a month. A payment
of 25% of the total amount due must be submitted with your
enrollment application. The minimum monthly payment of the
three remaining installments must be no less than 25% of the
original amount due. |

Telephone

Call the Academy during regular office
hours at (209) 529-7458 to fill out an enrollment application over
the telephone. Payments may be made by VISA, MasterCard, or
Discover. There is a 3% handling/processing fee for telephone
enrollments. |
